It’s super easy and you don’t need to go anywhere, we come to you! Just use our site to tell us what you need done, pick a time and a place, and book your appointment. We will come to your location and perform the service right there


  1. Do I need to provide parts or products for the service call?


No, all you have to do is schedule the service call and the service member will come with all necessary parts and equipment needed to complete the job to your satisfaction.


  1. Where is your shop?


Drop the shop!! Our mechanics comes to you at your home or your office. Would you rather be at your kid’s baseball game or sitting in the mechanic shop waiting? You have better things to do than sit in a cold lobby reading six-month old Car & Driver magazines while drinking stale coffee.


  1. What sort of vehicles do you work on?


You drive it? We fix it. Does it have an engine? We’re on it, or under it. We’re able to work on most makes and models and service them in the field! We have a huge database of vehicles and every bit of info on them from 1984 to 2019. This lets us connect you and your car with the right mechanic.

Service Appointment


  1. How do I make an appointment?


It’s quite simple. Go to our website, enter your vehicle information, select the service you need, get your quote, pick a time and service location, enter your payment information and book the appointment.


  1. What times are available to schedule my appointment?


It’s the modern world – our schedule is your schedule, well, within reason. You will see available appointment times when you book your service.


  1. Can you do same day service?


If we have openings, we can do Batteries , Car washes, Tire changes, fuel retravel , light bulb replacements and windshield wipers replacements. Oil Changes and other services requires an appointment.


  1. How long will it take for my car to be serviced?


The service time will depend on the work that needs to be done. When you get your quote, it will include the estimated service time for your appointment.


  1. Where can I get my car serviced?


You can get your car serviced at the convenience of your home or office. However, due to safety concern for the mechanics, we can’t service cars that are parked on the street except for roadside assistance.


  1. Is there an additional fee for the mechanic to come to my location?


There is no additional charge for the mechanic to come to your location. Our motto is we dropped the vowel to save you time.


  1. How can I reschedule an appointment?


Please e-mail us at and let us know the order number and your information and we will change the order. Please do so within 24 hours in advance.


  1. Do you have a cancellation policy?


Yes, you will have to pay the service fee and the convivence fee if cancelled less than 1 hour of the service time.


  1. What if the mechanic is late to my appointment?


Our mechanics want to offer you the best experience possible. However, different variables like traffic or unexpected delays from another job can affect their schedule. Our mechanics will try their hardest to keep timely appointments. They will contact you directly if they run into delays. If any issues arise please contact us directly at


  1. Do I have to be present for the service?


You will need to give the keys to the mechanic and meet them when they are done. You are welcome to watch but not at all necessary.




  1. Do you have a warranty on your parts and labor?


Yes, our Limited Warranty lasts for 6 months or 6,000 miles after your service is performed. The Warranty Period for oil changes is 90 days or 3,000 miles. If you find that the work or parts provided by CHNGr are defective, simply email us and we will get you scheduled for a warranty review visit.


  1. What do I do if something is wrong after my service?


If you find that the work or parts provided by CHNGr are defective, and it’s within the Warranty Period of 6 months or 6,000 miles from the service date, then email us at and we will get you scheduled for a warranty review visit. If your service was an oil change, the Warranty Period is 90 days or 3,000 miles.


  1. Does CHNGr have liability insurance?


You bet. CHNGr carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance.




  1. How much does this cost?


We believe in fair and upfront pricing. That is why we offer fixed quotes. We have instant quotes for some common jobs, just start the process to book an appointment and we will show you the quote. For other services, we will send you a fixed quote for the services you need.


  1. Is credit card information required to book an appointment?


Yes, credit card information is required to make an appointment. Your credit card will be pre-authorized when you schedule an appointment, but you will not be charged until your service is completed.


  1. How do I pay for the service?


You pay for the service using your credit or debit card. You are required to enter your payment information when you book your appointment. Your card will be charged once the service is booked .If the job isn’t done correctly a full refund will be provided.


  1. Where can I find my receipt for my service?


You will be emailed a copy of the receipt after you book the service on your vehicle.


  1. How can I resolve my billing issues?

  1. What types of experience do your mechanics have?


Our mechanics have many years of experience. They have worked in shops and have proven track records of great customer service and do quality work.


  1. Do you background check CHNGr mechanics?


Yes. All of our mechanics have passed a thorough background check.


  1. Am I supposed to tip the mechanic?


Tips are always voluntary, appreciated and doesn’t affect how much are service members receive as payment.


Labor Rate


  1. What if the service takes more or less time than quoted?


We use industry standard labor guide to calculate the amount of labor required for your service. The price we quote is the price you pay, whether the service takes longer or is shorter.


What is the shortest time for an appointment?

We have a 1 hour labor minimum.
